Just yesterday morning at 4AM I was awakened by my wife because of a leaking pipe in the basement ceiling and a flooded wall and floor. I called David'd 24 hour line and explained the situation, got a case number assigned, got set up with a good friend of mine that owns a Service Master franchise (Dan Kreis - 3351 W Central), and things got rolling! Within a few hours my carpet was pulled back, the padding removed, de-humidifers and fans set up, and Service Master took pictures of everything to submit to State Farm with their report, making the whole process seamless for me.r
Even though the morning started out pretty bad, by noon everything was taken care of and I headed to the Y to enjoy the rest of my day off, very greatful that David Lawrence was my agent and that he had things set up with a great restoration company that I could trust as well.
