Cheap Auto Insurance in Allstate Insurance - Carolyn Penzo, Alpharetta, GA

Please do yourself the favor of avoiding Peaches Hattney, and Allstate in general. She was my agent and was OK, until I moved 50 miles to the north side of Atlanta and wanted to change to use a local agent close to my new home. She was unpleasant, argumentative, and just generally made the whole process far more difficult than it needed to be. So I moved what policies I could to the new agent, and left the policies with Peaches that Allstate said had to stay with her. Then 2 months after moving into the new home, Peaches and Allstate cancelled my homeowners insurance because of peeling paint on the outside window frames. That was it, peeling paint??. No phone call or heads up to give me a chance to get it corrected. Just two weeks notice they just cancelled my insurance. I am certain this was initiated by Peaches out of revenge for wanting to move my insurance from her. Trust me, there are too many insurance companies and agencies to take the chance of dealing with this vindictive Peaches Hattney.
