I rarely write reviews, but after years of flawless service Bill Russell's office deserves one!
Through a series of stressful events, I neglected to pay an adjustment to my policy for changing vehicles. I got a reminder call weeks before cancel...didn't have my credit card at the time....so again neglected the bill. An agent called me again as a reminder that the policy "cancelled" due to my not paying, and went above and beyond to make every attempt to get continuous coverage saving me $$$$$ in penalties and unknown grief with the state for a lapse in coverage. They even followed up with a letter letting me know that I didn't have a lapse in coverage! My lack of actions in spite of their taking care of me should have resulted in a huge mess. This office is SUPERIOR in customer service and a huge asset to the State Farm Insurance Co.
