I currently have their insurance because i needed home insurance quick. The owner is rude and when they answer their phone they are very unprofessional.They don't have voicemails set up but every time I call them they answer but tell me they are closed, on lunch break, or on vacation and to call back. What's the point of answering the phone if your not going to help your customers?

The owner of this company Mary is one of the rudest people I have ever spoken with in my life. My elderly mother had insurance with them for years ( 20 or more yrs), After my moms car was hit they left her with nothing for almost 6 weeks before they decided to fix her car. Every single time I called them simply to find out where my mom was in the process and attempt to assist my mom--this woman spoke to me as if she were spitting on a fire. Too bad she doesn't appreciate her customers, If you are considering this co, take your business where it will be appreciated. If this person had to survive in a big city where there are 2 ins. co on every block--they wouldn't last a week. Maybe one day she will realize you can't have a successful business by treating people like they are mud under your shoe, Good day
